At streetstylearchive.site, owned by Bran Garr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- It must not be a final sale item (unless defective).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note that items that appear worn, altered, or without their original tags attached will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Customized or personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Please do not send your item back without first receiving authorization.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Rejection: If your return is rejected (e.g., item does not meet conditions), we will notify you and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item first, and then place a new order for the item you desire. This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but occasionally items may arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
